How to participate in the training?
To register for the training, please send an application containing your first name, last name, email address, and company name to szkolenia@ifter.com.pl, or register via the Contact tab on our website.

How should I prepare for the training?
If you have any questions, we recommend watching the related webinars, where you can efficiently learn all about our current product lineup, the benefits of each product, and typical applications.

Where does the training take place?
Training sessions are held both in person at our headquarters at Wola Niemiecka 78C, 21-025 Niemce, and at our office in Piaseczno. Training can also be conducted online via the Zoom Video Webinar platform.

Remote Support
To meet our customers’ expectations, the scope of technical support has been expanded to include the ability for our technical advisor to remotely connect to the customer’s computer. Remote connection allows for quick identification of the source of the problem and effective implementation of corrective actions.

§1. General Provisions

  1. The training organizer is IFTER Jerzy Taczalski, with its registered office at Wola Niemiecka 78C, 21-025 Niemce (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).
  2. The Organizer undertakes to conduct the training in accordance with the agenda published on the website: www.ifter.com.pl.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the training on the scheduled date for reasons beyond its control, in particular for technical or organizational reasons.
  4. The training is free of charge.
  5. The training is conducted by an employee of the Organizer in either an on-site or remote format via the Zoom Video Webinar platform.
  6. The maximum number of participants is 20. Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

§2. Terms of Participation

  1. To participate in the training, the applicant must correctly complete the registration form, providing the following data: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, and company name.
  2. The data referred to in paragraph 1 is necessary for organizing the training, verifying participation, and issuing a personal certificate of completion.
  3. Participants are required to read these Terms and Conditions before the training begins and to comply with its provisions.

§3. Technical Requirements

  1. The participant is responsible for providing their own device (tablet, phone, or computer) with access to a stable internet connection.
  2. For training sessions requiring practical work, the participant should have a computer capable of performing the exercises.

§4. Participation and Identification Rules

  1. To verify participation, the participant must log in to the training application using their first and last name.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the participant’s attendance during the session.

§5. Certificate of Completion

  1. Upon completion of the training, the participant will receive a personal certificate.
  2. The certificate is awarded to participants whose attendance was at least 80% of the total duration of the training.
  3. In the event of absence or attendance lower than the requirement specified in paragraph 2, the certificate will not be issued.

§6. Final Provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for significant organizational or legal reasons.
  2. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is published on the training website and is effective from the moment of its publication.
